Dividend Policy
Regarding the distribution of dividends, the Board of Directors proposes that no dividend is to be distributed
due to the losses recorded in 2012. This proposal is subject to the approval of the General Assembly.
Post Balance Sheet events
There are no other significant subsequent events, apart from the abovementioned, which should be announced
for the purposes of I.F.R.S.
