Employee turnover and retention
As a consequence of the adverse economic climate, 265 employees left the Group during 2011. Retirement, expiry and termination of employment contracts,
and voluntary departures were the key reasons for these departures. In application of its recruitment strategy (age, gender and region), and in order to cover its
needs in personnel, the Group hired 364 employees – mainly young people and women – from the regions where the core activities of its companies are based.
