Employee turnover and retention
DELPHI-DISTOMON S.A. always seeks to maximise the retention of its employees, in order to leverage their experience and foster a culture of job tradition. The
loyalty of personnel is remarkably strong, as the average period of service with the Company is 20 years. During 2011, DELPHI-DISTOMON S.A. hired 6 new
employees to fill the vacancies created by the retirement of 8 employees. There were no cases of departure from work of newly-hired employees in 2011.
