(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022, on 3.3.2023, acquired through the Athens Exchange 11,250 own shares at a weighted average price €24.7925 per share, of an aggregate value €278,915.12. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 4,104,690 own shares, percentage 2.8726% of the total number of shares issued by it.
