Athens, Greece – August 7, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 6.8.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 15,000 own shares at a weighted average price €33.8182 per share, of an aggregate value €507,272.86. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name EUROXX SECURITIES S.A..
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 4,939,677 own shares, percentage 3.4570% of the total number of shares issued by it.
