(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022, on 8.3.2023, acquired through the Athens Exchange 17,000 own shares at a weighted average price €24.5377 per share, of an aggregate value €417,141.32. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 4,151,190 own shares, percentage 2.9051% of the total number of shares issued by it.
