Athens, Greece – August 12, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 9.8.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 10,000 own shares at a weighted average price €33.9758 per share, of an aggregate value €339,757.84. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name EUROXX SECURITIES S.A..
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 4,949,677 own shares, percentage 3.4639% of the total number of shares issued by it.
