Athens, Greece – February 13, 2025 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 12.2.2025, acquired through the Athens Exchange 9,100 own shares at a weighted average price €35.0925 per share, of an aggregate value €319,341.76. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 2,941,814 own shares, percentage 2.0588% of the total number of shares issued by it.
