Athens, Greece – March 13, 2025 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 12.3.2025, acquired through the Athens Exchange 11,500 own shares at a weighted average price €37.4122 per share, of an aggregate value €430,240.00. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 2,963,780 own shares, percentage 2.0742% of the total number of shares issued by it.
