Athens, Greece – August 13, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 12.8.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 19,550 own shares at a weighted average price €33.9541 per share, of an aggregate value €663,803.48. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name EUROXX SECURITIES S.A..
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 4,969,227 own shares, percentage 3.4776% of the total number of shares issued by it.
