Athens, Greece – March 14, 2025 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 13.3.2025, acquired through the Athens Exchange 15,552 own shares at a weighted average price €37.9159 per share, of an aggregate value €589,668.54. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 2,979,332 own shares, percentage 2.0850% of the total number of shares issued by it.
