(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022, on 13.3.2023, acquired through the Athens Exchange 20,000 own shares at a weighted average price €23.3662 per share, of an aggregate value €467,323.14. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 4,220,290 own shares, percentage 2.9535% of the total number of shares issued by it.
