(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022, on 15.2.2023, acquired through the Athens Exchange 12,000 own shares at a weighted average price €24.1689 per share, of an aggregate value €290,027.30. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 4,032,437 own shares, percentage 2.8220% of the total number of shares issued by it.
