(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022, on 15.3.2023, acquired through the Athens Exchange 15,000 own shares at a weighted average price €23.5289 per share, of an aggregate value €352,934.12. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 4,250,790 own shares, percentage 2.9748% of the total number of shares issued by it.
