Athens, Greece – February 17, 2025 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 14.2.2025, acquired through the Athens Exchange 4,000 own shares at a weighted average price €36.0282 per share, of an aggregate value €144,112.80. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 2,945,814 own shares, percentage 2.0616% of the total number of shares issued by it.
