Athens, Greece – August 19, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 16.8.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 16,300 own shares at a weighted average price €34.5254 per share, of an aggregate value €562,763.32. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name EUROXX SECURITIES S.A..
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 5,035,527 own shares, percentage 3.5240% of the total number of shares issued by it.
