Athens, Greece – March 21, 2025 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 20.3.2025, acquired through the Athens Exchange 37,915 own shares at a weighted average price €38.6223 per share, of an aggregate value €1,464,362.88. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 3,037,247 own shares, percentage 2.1256% of the total number of shares issued by it.
