(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022, on 21.2.2023, acquired through the Athens Exchange 1,442 own shares at a weighted average price €24.9939 per share, of an aggregate value €36,041.16. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 4,053,379 own shares, percentage 2.8367% of the total number of shares issued by it.
