(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022, on 23.2.2023, acquired through the Athens Exchange 15,855 own shares at a weighted average price €24.8842 per share, of an aggregate value €394,538.70. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 4,085,344 own shares, percentage 2.8591% of the total number of shares issued by it.
