Athens, Greece – August 27, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 26.8.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 5,000 own shares at a weighted average price €34.8452 per share, of an aggregate value €174,226.24. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name EUROXX SECURITIES S.A..
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 5,062,075 own shares, percentage 3.5426% of the total number of shares issued by it.
