(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022, on 24.3.2022, acquired through the Athens Exchange 14,500 own shares at a weighted average price €14.0570 per share, of an aggregate value €203,827.04. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A..
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 8,449,403 own shares, percentage 5.9132% of the total number of shares issued by it.
