(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022, on 28.3.2022, acquired through the Athens Exchange 14,000 own shares at a weighted average price €14.4013 per share, of an aggregate value €201,618.46. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A..
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 8,463,403 own shares, percentage 5.9230% of the total number of shares issued by it.
