(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022, on 29.3.2022, acquired through the Athens Exchange 9,746 own shares at a weighted average price €14.9159 per share, of an aggregate value €145,370.12. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A..
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 8,473,149 own shares, percentage 5.9298% of the total number of shares issued by it.
