METLEN Energy & Metals Α.Ε. (hereinafter the “Company” or the “Issuer”) announces to the investing public that on 28.07.2025 a total of 2,191 own common registered shares with a total value of €100,303.98, calculated based on the closing price of €45.78 on the previous day, were awarded for free. These shares had been acquired from 01.06.2020 to 20.03.2025 under and in accordance with the terms of the Company's own share acquisition program, which was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 27.03.2020, 23.03.2022, 10.04.2023, and 27.03.2024.
The aforementioned own shares were freely distributed to one beneficiary – senior executive of an affiliated company, within the framework of the implementation of the Long-Term Program for Free Distribution of Shares of the Company, as approved by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 15.06.2021 and as amended by the Annual General Meeting of shareholders on 04.06.2024, in accordance with the provisions of article 114 of law 4548/2018 in conjunction with article 49 of the same law.
Following the aforementioned disposals, the Company holds a total of 1,015 own shares, representing 0.0007% of its total share capital.
