(MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2020, on 19.8.2021, acquired through the Athens Exchange 9,500 own shares at a weighted average price €15.2206 per share, of an aggregate value €144,596.00. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES S.A..
Following this acquisition, MYTILINEOS holds in aggregate 7,147,331 own shares, percentage 5.0019 % of the total number of shares with voting rights issued by it.
This announcement is issued pursuant to the provisions of the article 15 of law 3556/2007, resolution No 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission’s Board of Directors, as in force and in conjunction with the Circular No 33/2007 of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission’s Board of Directors, the Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
