Athens, Greece – February 9, 2023 - Mytilineos S.A. (MYTILINEOS) announces that according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 23.03.2022:
a) on 7.2.2023, acquired through the Athens Exchange 12,000 own shares at a weighted average price €24.2716 per share, of an aggregate value €291,259.38. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
b) on 7.2.2023 transferred 705,882 own shares to Mr. Anastasios Papanagiotou, as part of the total consideration for the acquisition of all outstanding shares of WATT+VOLT.
Following the aforementioned transactions, MYTILINEOS holds a total of 3,995,711 own shares, a percentage 2.7963% of the total shares of the Company.
