MYTILINEOS SA (hereinafter the "Company") announces that the merger by absorption of the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary under the business names "WATT AND VOLT SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME EXPLOITATION OF ALTERNATIVE FORMS OF ENERGY" (distinctive title “WATT AND VOLT SINGLE MEMBER S.A.” from the Company, in accordance with the provisions of articles 7-21 and 35 of Law 4601/2019 and Law 4172/2013, with transformation balance sheet as of 30.06.2023, was approved by decision no. 3179234ΑΠ/18.12.2023 (ΑΔΑ:9ΕΕΝ46ΝΛΣΞ-ΗΤΩ) of the Division for Corporations Head, General Division for the Market and Consumer Protection, General Secretariat of Trade of the Ministry for Development, which was registered with the General Commercial Register under Entry ID Number 3943416 on 18.12.2023.
