Athens, Greece – 29 August 2023 – Regarding some press reports that refer to discussions between MYTILINEOS and IMERYS, about the acquisition of IMERYS BAUXITE GREECE SINGLE MEMBER SOCIETE ANONYME ("IMERYS BAUXITE"), the Company informs that it is in advanced negotiations which have not been concluded.
In case of an agreement, the Company will timely inform both the investment community and the competent authorities.
