FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2021 (*)
In its practice of providing accurate and timely information to investors andpursuant to articles 4.1.2 & 4.1.3.15.1 of the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook,MYTILINEOS S.A. announces its Financial Calendar of 2021:
The introduction of the Flash Note, as a new practice is an important innovation that ensures the complete and timely disclosure of information to investors in line with reporting standards of the most advanced stock markets.
To be noted:
1) The content of the Flash Note will include all essential information that accurately describes the financial position of the company for the reporting period (annual or semi-annual). The Flash Note will be released up to 30 days after the period under review. It will also receive the approval of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, as well as the appropriate Comfort Letter from the Auditors of the company.
2) After 2022, the Flash Note will also include full non-financial figures (ESG) for the reporting period, aligning Mytilineos with the international best practices.
(*) The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the public by amending the present.
(**) The aforementioned dates regarding dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders. If there is a decision to pay out a dividend, the ex-date is after the expiration, on June 18th 2021, of the Futures Contracts that are traded in the derivatives market and have
the Company's share as an underlying security.
The Company would like to clarify that the financial results will be released before the opening of the market on Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the corporate website (www.mytilineos.gr) as well as the website of the Athens
Exchange (www.helex.gr).
