- Announcement of the Three Month 2022 Trading Update: Wednesday 4th, May 2022
- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday 2nd, June 2022
- Ex-Dividend Date 2021: Friday 24th, June 2022
- Dividend beneficiaries 2021 - Record date: Monday 27th, June 2022 **
- Dividend Payout 2021: Friday 1st, July 2022
- Flash Note Financial Results of the First Half 2022 & Conference Call: Thursday 28th, July 2022
- Semi-Annual Financial Report 2022: Thursday 4th, August 2022
- Announcement of the Nine Month 2022 Trading Update: Tuesday 25th, October 2022
(*) The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the public by amending the present.
(**) The aforementioned dates regarding dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders. If there is a decision to pay out a dividend, the ex-date is after the expiration, on June 17th 2021, of the Futures Contracts that are traded in the derivatives market and have the Company's share as an underlying security.
The Company would like to clarify that the financial results will be released before the opening of the market on Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the corporate website (www.mytilineos.gr) as well as the website of the Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr).
