- Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: Thursday 1st, June 2023
- Ex-Dividend Date 2022: Tuesday 27th, June 2023
- Dividend beneficiaries 2022 - Record date: Wednesday 28th, June 2023 **
- Dividend Payout 2022: Monday 3rd, July 2023
- Flash Note Financial Results of the First Half 2023 & Conference Call: Thursday 27th, July 2023
- Semi-Annual Financial Report 2023: Thursday 3rd, August 2023
- Announcement of the Nine Month 2023 Trading Update: Thursday 26th, October 2023
(*) The Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following relevant notification of the public by amending the present.
(**) The aforementioned dates regarding dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders.If there is a decision to pay out a dividend, the ex-date is after the expiration, on June 16th 2023, of the Futures Contracts that are traded in the derivatives market and have the Company's share as an underlying security.
The Company would like to clarify that the financial results will be released before the opening of the market on Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the corporate website (www.mytilineos.gr) as well as the website of the Athens Exchange (www.athexgroup.gr).
