Engineers in Action – Metals Sector is a paid one-year internship offering young graduates a unique opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills in a dynamic industrial environment while participating in innovative production processes. The previous very successful cycle of the program attracted a significant number of applications, leading to its renewal.This time, it focuses on the Company's industrial activities in Viotia, Fokida and Oinofyta.

The Metals Sector operates the only vertically integrated bauxite, alumina and primary aluminium production unit in Europe with privately owned port facilities. The historic “Aluminium of Greece” plant is now the largest vertically integrated producer of aluminium and alumina in the EU and one of the healthiest growing industrial enterprises in Greece. The recent strategic investment of €295.5 million strengthens the Company's activity, with the creation of an additional production line for bauxite, alumina and gallium.
