METLEN Energy & Metals S.A. (the “Company” or the “Issuer”) announces to the investing public that during the Athens Stock Exchange session on 22.08.202 it proceeded with the sale of 1,015 treasury shares, representing 0.0007% of its total share capital, at a selling price of €53.7261 per share and a total value of approximately €54,532. These shares had been acquired from 01.06.2020 to 20.03.2025 under and in accordance with the terms of the Company's own share acquisition program, which was approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders on 27.03.2020, 23.03.2022, 10.04.2023, and 27.03.2024.
Following the aforementioned disposals, the Company does not hold any treasury shares.
