(the “Company”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, announces that Ms. Kontogianni Eleftheria, a liable person, according to her notification towards the Company, as a result of her participation to the Company’s offering of senior notes due 2031, acquired on 26.11.2025 (the date of delivery of the notes) notes of a total value of €600,000.00.
