Flexibility to work in various areas of Greece where METLEN operates is desirable: Athens, Thessaloniki, Aspra Spitia Paralias Distomou, Corinth and Volos.
The "Engineers in Action" program will start in January 2026.
They will be held for all three countries within November 2025. Specific information will be provided during the process by METLEN’s Human Resources team.

The Human Resources team at METLEN will remain in close contact with you throughout each stage of the process, ensuring you are kept fully informed about the progress of your application.
The hiring will be with a fixed-term contract for 12 months for all three countries.
Your preference will be taken into account; however, the final allocation of Engineers in Action to one of METLEN’s activity sectors will primarily be based on the needs declared by the General Divisions.
