If I don't have my degree yet, can I still participate?

Absolutely, as long as you obtain your degree by the comencement of the program.

Until when can I submit my resume?

The application period lasts until April 21.

In what language should I submit my resume?

You can submit your resume in English.

Do I need to work in a different area from where I live?

The "Engineers in Action – Metals Sector" program is focused on the areas in Greece where METLEN's Metals Sector operates: Viotia, Fokida, and Oinofyta.

When does the program start?

The "Engineers in Action – Metals Sector" program will start in June 2025.

When and where will the Assessment Center take place?

The Assessment Center will take place in May and will be conducted in our "Aluminium of Greece" plant in Viotia.  Specific information will be provided during the process by METLEN's Human Resources team.

How can I prepare for the Assessment Center?

Just be yourself and enjoy the experience!

How will I know the stage of my application in the selection process?

METLEN's Human Resources team will be in communication with you at every stage of the evaluation process and will keep you updated on the progress of your application.

What type of contract will the hiring be under?

The hiring will be on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Can we choose in advance which activity and which area we want to be assigned to?

Your preference will be taken into account; however, the final assignment of Engineers in Action will primarily be based on the company's needs within the Metals Sector.

If I have applied in the past without success, can I apply again?

Of course, we would be happy to receive your application again.

When does the program end?

The program lasts 12 months and is expected to be completed in June 2026.

Is there a prospect to remain after the program ends?

With key criteria being exceptional performance, compatibility with the company and its culture, at the end of the program, we will try to match the participants' skills, character, and ambitions with specific roles at METLEN!

If I am selected for the "Engineers in Action" program, will I be compensated?

Engineers in Action receive a competitive compensation package, details of which are provided with the job offer upon successful completion of the selection process.
