Requirements & Selection process

We welcome applications from recent engineering graduates (up to 2 years of professional experience).

Ideal candidates for the GR program should have:

  • A strong academic record in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, IT, or related disciplines 
  • Readiness to relocate to Athens, Thessaloniki, Agios Nikolaos Viotia, Korinthos, or Volos 
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates) 
  • Proficiency in Greek and English

Graduates of international universities must ensure their degrees are accredited by DOATAP. 

 

Ideal candidates for the UK program should have: 

  • A strong academic background in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, IT, or related engineering fields 
  • Work authorization and residence in the UK, with the ability to join our London office 
  • Excellent command of English

 Ideal candidates for the Italian program should have: 

  • A strong academic foundation in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, IT, or related disciplines) 
  • Fluency in Italian and English 
  • Residence and valid work permit in the EU, with availability to work in our Milan offices

Selection Process for all candidates

  • Step 1: Apply by October 20, 2025 
  • Step 2: Virtual Introduction – Learn about the program, selection journey, and life as an Engineer in Action 
  • Step 3: Online Assessments – Showcase your skills and potential on our digital platform 
  • Step 4: Virtual Speed Discussions – Participate in short interactive sessions with METLEN experts 
  • Step 5: Onsite Assessment Center – Prove your teamwork, problem-solving, and technical abilities 
  • Step 6: Job Offer – Successful candidates will receive a competitive package and start with us in January 2026
