Our aim is to match your excellent performance, character, and ambitions with specific roles within METLEN, laying the foundation for an exciting professional career.

We are not just offering you a program; we are creating an experience that drives growth and shapes your future.

This program focuses on your participation in exciting projects exclusively within METLEN's Metals Sector.

Metals Sector

METLEN Energy & Metals holds a leading position in the Metals industry and is  established as a reference point for competitive "green" metallurgy at the European level. It operates the only fully integrated bauxite, alumina, and primary aluminum production facility in the European Union, with privately owned port facilities. The Metals Sector includes, among other activities, Delphi-Distomo, responsible for bauxite production, the Aluminium of Greece plant, and EPALME, the largest independent producer of recycled (secondary) aluminum.

By joining this sector, you will gain firsthand experience in the integrated production of bauxite, alumina, and primary/secondary aluminium within a company with an annual production capacity exceeding 180,000 tons of primary aluminium, 65,000 tons of secondary aluminium, and 865,000 tons of alumina. Recently, METLEN also announced a major new investment in the production of bauxite, alumina, and gallium—a milestone decision in its history. This investment will significantly increase production capacity and introduce gallium into its industrial production, a critical material for Europe's future.
