6.2 Goodwill
Goodwill is allocated to the group’s cash-generating groups identified according to business segment.
The Group performs impairment tests for goodwill on an annual basis. The recoverable amount of the rec-
ognized goodwill, was assessed using their value in use. The “value in use” was determined based on man-
agement estimates that were verified by an independent valuator. For the calculation of the value in use the
discounted cash flows method was used.
