The term of office of the members of the Board of Directors expires on 02.11.15 with an option for
automatic extension until 30/06/2016.
Role and responsibilities
of the Managing Director
All the authorities of the Board of Directors
have been delegated to the Vice-Chairman &
Managing Director of the Company. The Vice-
Chairman & Managing Director is the Company’s
legal representative, acts in a binding capacity for
the Company in all transactions with natural or
legal persons of private or public law, in Greece
or abroad, manages the Company’s property and
undertakes all types of obligations in the name and
on behalf of the Company, binding the Company in
general by placing his signature alone under the
Company’s name. In addition, the Vice-Chairman
and Managing Director shall have the right to
assign in writing to one or more members of the
Board of Directors or to third parties the exercise
of part or all of his authorities and responsibilities
regarding the representation and administration
of the Company.
Role and responsibilities of
the Executive Director – General Manager
On 03.11.10 the Board of Directors of the
Company appointed Executive Director Mr Dinos
Benroubi as General Manager of the Company.
