PROTERGIA S.A. invests in its human capital and acknowledges that the provision of training to its personnel is a crucial parameter in its efforts to achieve its
competitive advantage. Seeking to ensure that education and training activities are geared to the actual needs of its employees, during 2011 PROTERGIA S.A.
implemented a training programme which consisted of five modules with a total duration of 498 hours, attended by all its employees who participated in at
least one training module.
The programme’s individual modules covered the following subjects: Project Management; tax-related matters – audit – billing; legal matters; Health & Safety – ISO
and energy-related matters. The cost of this training programme stood at €9,734.
