S.A. supports diversity in its work environment, to the extent required by the conditions under which it operates. In line with its policy to strengthen equal
opportunities, the Company promotes the participation of women in its activities while maintaining stable their level of participation in its total workforce. As
regards the composition of its executive personnel, the Company is offering opportunities to women as well as to young employees, and in the last three years
it has steadily increased participation levels.
